# Hướng dẫn chặn xem YouTube

Tuy nhiên, sử dụng YouTube quá lâu có thể gây tổn hại tới thị lực, thậm chí tạo ra thói quen xấu ảnh hưởng tới sức khoẻ toàn diện của các con. **Family Safe** giúp phụ huynh kiểm soát và đặt ra khoảng thời gian để các con được phép sử dụng hợp lý hơn.

* Thao tác trên App **VNPT** **Family Safe** trên điện thoại của bố mẹ.
* Từ màn hình **Kiểm soát sử dụng** > **Ứng dụng video** > Chọn thiết bị muốn chặn > bật công tắc chặn **YouTube.**
