Nhà khách hàng có bé Ý 16 tuổi. Trong lúc học thấy bé hay lấy điện thoại chơi **Game Liên Quân và Roblox** không tập trung học. KH muốn chặn **Game** trong thời gian bé học lúc **19h – 21h** vào các ngày **Thứ 2, Thứ 4, Thứ 6**.

**Bước 1**: Vào App **VNPT Family Safe.**

**Bước 2**: Sau khi vào App **VNPT Family Safe** sẽ xuất hiện giao diện tổng quan.

**Bước 2**: Để chặn **Game Liên Quân và Roblox**. Tại giao diện “**Kiểm soát ứng dụng**” chọn vào “**Game trực tuyến**”. Sau đó chọn vào thiết bị **ĐT Bé Ý.**

**Bước 3**: Tại giao diện chính, Bấm vào dấu “**+**” để tạo lịch chặn từ **19h – 21h** các ngày **Thứ 2, Thứ 4, Thứ 6**. Xong bấm “**Lưu lại**”. Sau đó bấm vào ứng dụng **Liên Quân và Roblox** để chặn.
